Julia Crowley
PT, DPT, SFMA-1, FDN Level 1

Julia is a New Jersey/Philadelphia native, who began her education in nursing and exercise physiology, completing a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from William Paterson University. During her undergraduate education she participated in research and completed internships in cardiac rehabilitation and outpatient physical therapy where she quickly realized her place in the healthcare system as a Physical Therapist.

Julia graduated from Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, during which she participated in Temple’s Pro Bono Clinic and completed clinical internships in varied settings including home care, ICU, and outpatient orthopedic and sport rehabilitation. Being a long-distance runner herself, she felt the outpatient setting was for her. Since receiving her DPT, Julia has completed continuing education in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and Functional Dry Needling.

Since moving to Colorado in 2018, Julia has enjoyed embracing the year-round outdoor activities that were less accessible in the Philadelphia area, including skiing, biking, hiking and trail running – sharing many of these experiences with her rescue pup, Abbie.
