Alexandra ("AJ") Cushman
I am passionate about life-long education in the ever-evolving field of human movement. I
want to help people gain confidence to return to what they love by helping them feel better and
understand what their bodies need to function optimally. Given the wide spectrum of health, activity
level, and goals, I combine a person’s distinct features with the latest research to develop an
individualized treatment strategy. In my free time I enjoy adventuring outdoors, finding different ways
to challenge my body physically, and continuing my professional growth through additional coursework.
